Green LED Beacons

Green LED beacons for trucks, trailers, agricultural machinery and construction plant — available with magnetic, flexi DIN pole and low profile mounting, plus a dual amber and green unit.

What Green Beacons Are Used For

Green is a status colour rather than a hazard colour. The most common application is seat belt signalling: the beacon shows green while the operator's belt is fastened, giving site supervisors a visible check across a yard or quarry without stopping the vehicle. All units in this range are seat belt compatible. Green beacons are also used for safe-to-proceed and loading bay signalling on private sites and depots.

Because green is not a recognised road warning colour in most European countries, these beacons are generally specified for site, yard and off-road use. Check the rules that apply to your site and country before fitting one for road use.

Magnetic Green Beacons

The magnetic version fits to any steel panel in seconds with no drilling, on a flexible rubber stem that absorbs knocks. Suited to shared and hired vehicles, or where a beacon is only needed while working on a particular site.

Flexi DIN Pole-Mounted Green Beacons

Pole-mounted units use a standard flexi DIN base with a flexible rubber stem that gives way against branches and low doorways instead of breaking. Mounting on a pole raises the beacon clear of the cab roofline, which matters on tractors and machinery where the light would otherwise be hidden.

Low Profile Green Beacons

The low profile version keeps overall height down for vehicles working under height restrictions, while still fitting a standard flexi pole base.

Dual Amber and Green Beacons

The double-layer amber and green unit combines a hazard warning and a status signal in one beacon, with 48 x 1W LEDs, four flash patterns and synchronised operation across multiple units — useful where several vehicles on the same site need to flash in step.

Specification and Approvals

The single-colour green beacons use 40 SMD LEDs with three flash patterns on 10–30V, are IP67 rated, and carry ECE R10 approval with CISPR25 Class 3 radio frequency suppression — which matters on vehicles with sensitive electronics or radio equipment. The dual amber and green unit runs on 12–24V, is rated from -30°C to 60°C, and is approved to ECE R65 Class 1, ECE R10, CE and UKCA.

Choosing a Green Beacon

  • Magnetic mounting for temporary or shared vehicles
  • Flexi DIN pole mounting to raise the beacon above the cab
  • Low profile where height clearance is restricted
  • Dual amber and green where both hazard and status signalling are needed
  • All units seat belt compatible, IP67 rated and ECE R10 approved

Check the individual product pages for full specifications, flash patterns and approval details before ordering. Beacon brackets and mounting poles are listed separately.
