Forklift Safety Lighting

Warning lights and alarms for forklifts and warehouse trucks — projected blue spot and red line pedestrian warnings, amber beacons and reversing alarms, all built for indoor and off-road use.

Pedestrian Safety Lights for Forklifts

Most forklift incidents happen where a pedestrian and a truck meet at a blind corner, a rack end or an aisle junction. Warehouse noise makes an audible warning alone unreliable, so projected light warnings give people a visual cue that a truck is approaching before either party can see the other.

Blue Spot Warning Lights

A blue spot light projects a bright blue pool onto the floor ahead of or behind the truck, arriving at the corner before the forklift does. Rated at 9W and 6000K, it stays visible against typical warehouse lighting and gives pedestrians a clear, instinctive warning without adding noise to the building.

Red Line Danger Zone Lights

A red line light projects a high-intensity line onto the floor to mark the danger zone alongside the truck, giving a visible boundary that pedestrians should not cross while the forklift is moving. At 15W and 700 lumens in a powder-coated aluminium body, it holds up in busy, well-lit facilities.

Amber Warning Beacons for Forklifts

A bolt-down amber beacon gives conventional 360-degree warning from the mast or cab roof. Thirty LEDs on a wide voltage range make it a straightforward fit on electric trucks where a standard vehicle beacon would not run.

Reversing Alarms

A dual-function reversing alarm covers the audible side of the same problem, warning pedestrians behind the truck during the reversing manoeuvres where visibility is worst.

Voltage, Sealing and Approvals

The projected warning lights run on a wide 9–80V DC range, covering 24V, 36V, 48V and 80V electric trucks from a single part number — useful in mixed fleets where standardising on one lamp avoids holding several variants in stores. All are IP67 rated for washdown and outdoor yard work. The blue spot and red line units are E-marked and ECE R10 approved with CISPR25 suppression, which matters in facilities running wireless scanners, WMS terminals and other sensitive equipment.
